Where we ship:
We ship to all locations in the world. At present, we can ship to P.O. boxes, Army Post Office (APO) or Fleet Post Office (FPO) boxes. Please contact us for international rates. Sometimes shipping rates may have errors please e-mail us or call us toll free 1 (877) 858-7272 for a quote.

When we ship:
Orders placed by 3 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day they are ordered. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be shipped the following day, although every effort will be made to ship orders the same day they are placed. Out of stock items are shipped out ones in stock. Tracking numbers are e-mailed by request only.

Alternate Addresses:
If you need a package shipped to an address that is not your billing address you will need to contact your credit card company and add the alternate shipping address. Ones you add the alternate address contact us 1 (877) 858-7272 letting us know where you need your item shipped. At this time we will only ship orders to confirmed addresses that match your credit card statement.

International customers:

Frequently asked questions:

I placed an order and it says "Order Processed" what does this mean?
This means your order has been successfully placed, and is ready for shipping.

I did not receive a tracking number does this mean my order has not yet been shipped?
We e-mail fedex tracking numbers for orders that are in stock at our facility if for any reason your item is shipping from a different location or it is a special order you may need to request a tracking number please contact us with your order id number and we will reply with a tracking number if one is available.

If I place an order and did not receive a confirmation e-mail, how will I know if it has been shipped.
We make every effort to ship all orders placed same day. If a certain part is not available to ship the same day from our facility we will ship it directly from the manufacturer. If for any reason there is a long backorder on the order you placed, we will contact you immediately.

How long does it usually take to recieve an order after I placed it selecting (Fedex GROUND)?
Please allow up to 8 business days for delivery after an order has been placed.

It has been over 8 business days and my order is still not here. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately 1 (877) 858-7272 or email us with your order number. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

I placed an order and selected a fast shipping method. Should I expect my order to ship same day?
Every effort will be made to ship your order same day, we do recommend contacting us to check stock before placing expedited orders.

I placed an order and selected an expedited shipping method. Will I be refunded if my order does not come in on time?
Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs Ultrarev.com to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

I selected check/money order as payment method what do I need to do?
You need to mail a check or money order to the following address: Ultrarev Inc. 750 Central ave, Farmingdale, NJ 07727. Please make sure to include your order ID number with the payment. Please allow up to 8 business days for your order to be shipped after we recieve your payment.

I need to cancel my order, what should I do?
If your order has not yet been shipped we can cancel it, and refund your payment. Please call us at 1 (877) 858-7272 or contact us via E-mail.

I need to return my order what should, how can I do that?
